What does money back mean ...it means that you are getting part of your own invested money back ...so therefore, it is not generated income as such but your own already existing money ( income)

Nobody files ITR V i.e acknowledgement ...every person files a tax return ( ITR 1/2/3/4/4S ) subsequent to which they get the acknowledgement (ITR V ) when they upload such tax returns on the tax website.

From what you say it appears that you want to make TDS payment ...if such is the case then use challan 281 to make the demand payment.
The bank will give you a challan receipt for the proof of such payment .
