As I am an employer what to do after receiving form 12BB with evidence from employees. I have to keep it in myself or I have to submit all form 12BB with evidence of all employees? This form 12 BB is to be submitted just so that the employer can deduct tax properly Earlier the form was not standardized. Now the form has been standard after 1st June 2016 and every employee is supposed to declare his income , savings etc in this form .

This form 12 BB is to be submitted just so that the employer can deduct tax properly Earlier the form was not standardized. Now the form has been standard after 1st June 2016 and every employee is supposed to declare his income , savings etc in this form .<br />Employer is not supposed to submit etc this form anything but at the end of the year , the employee is also required to submit proofs i.e Rent receipt in case HRA is availed , Tickets in case LTC is availed , premium receipts in case 80 C is availed .<br /><br />That is more of a routine exercise which was anyways earlier also done but perhaps not in a standardized manner .<br /><br />Note - Also , take guidance from people around you ...it's okay to ask me and i will reply with what i know of the subject but also ask and share with people around you .Typically we have all been bought up to conceal our knowledge and that is why you find yourself where you are ...If you are a employer and are asking me something your seniors should have informed you on ..it reveals a very sorry picture of where this country is heading ---more so because i am surprised by seeing at the lack of knowledge at the hands of people who are in the field.

I know about form 12BB. But my question is after receiving form 12BB from employees I(employer) need to submit this form and evidence to Income Tax Department or just I have to keep this form and evidence with myself(employer)?

Recently one of my friend has incurred capital loss short term for rs 25000.
He does not want to carry forward the loss in coming years ready to book loss,
Please tell how to compute or pass this entry in ITR 2

Simply use the capital gain schedule in ITR 2 to portray this.
There , once the sale and the purchase figures are put , the return itself computes the loss

Say, i show sale value as 100 Rs and cost as 150 Rs , then the return itself computes loss as 50
This loss will get adjusted with eligible incom...

Hi,
Please help, me with this question.
I have received x amount from my friend and I have transferred this amount to another person. Then after some day that person transferred back the amount to me. So does it mean my taxable income in 2*x amount?

Say , Ram gives you 100 Rs and you transfer 100 Rs to Shyam...Shyam after a few days returns the 100 Rs to you ...so you still have 100 , where is the question of it becoming 200 (2x i.e 2 x 100 ) .....but , yes i am assuming that shyam has returned your 100 Rs and not given you further 100 Rs .....
