On 26/02/2016 the filed tax Status shows ITR Transferred out of CPC to Jurisdictional Assessing Officer at Income Tax Office for processing

You can raise a request using the income tax website and communicate your grievance . Meeting the assessing officer will definitedly help getting your case assessed at the latest and the refund processed subsequently.

That should not cause any problem ...however , you can refill the form 26 QB ...there is no way to revise /edit it
Simply fill it again and then make the payment using the challan

I saw your mostly all videos but always you are filling one Lac. rs. under 80C where it has become one lac and fifty thousand.
Anyway,
My question is:
I have one policy rs. 12000
FD rs. 1,00000
so, I'm showing 1,12000.00 amount under 80C.

Just because 80 C limit stands enhanced to 1.5 lakhs doesn't mean that i must show 1.5 lakhs in my examples

I can only show what i have invested ...if i have invested 30,000 rs , i can only show 30,000 rs no matter whether the section limits stands enhanced to 1 lakh or 1.5 lakhs

If you are withdrawing PF before 5 continuous years, then it becomes taxable
In your case , it will be taxable

Not only this , all the years for which you claimed deduction benefit under 80 C will also get added as income in the current year
