Yes. It's possible if you using RPU software. I have already work on it. For Example if there is 5 challans, 3 challans for 24q(salary) and another 2 for 26q(non salary) then you can download 5 challans in 1 .csi file and you can easily validate it to generate .FVU file. No , he wont ...and nothing of such sort shall ever happen ...noone can do any stupid thing...If we are talking of assessment year 2015 16 , you still have time to file belated return under section 139(4) until 31st March 2017 ...you can very well pay taxes and file return for assessment year 2015...
