You should have verified the original return...... Unless you e verify the original return (or any other return for that matter ), it wont be considered at all ....so , though original return has been filed and submitted , the original return hasn't been considered since it has not been verified ...

i received the notice under sec 143(1) regarding relief u/s 89 , because we were not filed form 10e,
so now this situation how to reply and process for cancellation the demand
please guide me...

Sir, i have paid my TDS in July, i have my direct tax receipt. and today I got notice u/s 143 (1) to deposit the same amount which I have deposited in july in lieu of extra TDS amount.

You have paid self assessment tax not TDS ....TDS gets deducted , when deducted TDS is not sufficient to meet tax liability one pays tax which is called self assessment tax ....did you not show it in ITR ....now that you have got 143(1) intimation , you may simply

Dear Amlan sir, I've mistakenly put much annual gross income 29 lakh in place of 290000 in my ITR 1. Now my ITR is processed and a letter(notice-143(1) has reached with 7 lakh demanding. I'm now scared very much. Please help me and advice me how to deal with this.Thanks, Ujjwal Kundu
