Financial year becomes ends .....but my itr1 is not processed right now!!!!!Many times complain raised using e nivaran but not solved my case..So what can i do now .???????

Mine was a very similar case...even after 7 grievances the department inefficient people didn't process .......then i tweeted to the Income tax India Ministry of finance and Finance minister Arun jaitley ( in the same tweet keeping them informed of the delayed processing ...i abused them which is not good .....i then raised another grievance letting the assessing officer know that the case is now to the knowledge of department and ministry ...it then got processed in 2 days! You can try tweeting! Hi amlaan sir
My brother is salaried person.he filled itr For AY 2018-19 before due date and send itr v fully signed to cpc
But he got notice that his itr v rejected...
What is solution???will he file itr again after due date with penalty??

Since original return was filed and acknowledgement number has been generated , i think the return needs to be revised ...whether the system applies fine or not , i am not sure ...you can personally file and check ...also ask him to e-verify the acknowledgement ...gone are the days when one sends si...

Alman Ji,

I have filed my ITR for AY 2018-19 and successfully e-verified in July-2018.But still it is not processed.

Please help me what can I do now. Only two months is there for this Financial year to end.

Same was my case , i had recently received a mail from the department stating that my case was selected for risk management and i needed to go to my worklist and check a certain confirmation to now again get it processed ...this happened today ...check my channel ....maybe you will also get a email...

Dear Sir,
I have filed my return ITR 1 at August 18 and e-verified it. But my return has not YET been processed and i have not got my refund. Can you please guide me in this case?

You can further escalate to the next level for processing of returns through Nivaran..i.e if the earlier request was made to the CPC cell , raise it now to the assessing officer. If that also doesn't help , you can meet your assessing officer in person and request for expedited processing .Say , t...

You can further escalate to the next level for processing of returns through Nivaran..i.e if the earlier request was made to the CPC cell , raise it now to the assessing officer. If that also doesn't help , you can meet your assessing officer in person and request for expedited processing .Say , that also causes delay, you can then meet the commissioner and seek recourse . Me or any portal /individual cannot help...it is your assessing officer who alone is responsible for processing of your filed return..... avoid sharing numbers and credentials......
