Many people don't understand properly what the intimation under section 143(1) really means .So what better than showing a live case of it . I show my own case and i know that it is hurting to show my personal details , but it is all for a good cause .Country men , don't use it for a bad cause because i am trying to help yourl . Here we see , how applicant (self ) gets a intimation under section 143(1) specifying all details which applicant had mentionedin the return filled . Intimation under section 143(1) contains 2 columns -one column specifying what the taxpayer has provided and the right column specifying what the assessing officer has calculated in terms of section 143(1) ...the calculations and stuff are all the same old story ---i.e determining the taxable income as apparent from various heads of income , the taxes due and then the taxes paid as declared by the applicant ...since it is a real case , i start it from the scratch showing filled return , the xml document for the return filled and then the intimation under section 143(1) ...i also take some precious time explaining the structure of the intimation under section 143(1) .......hopefully , you will appreciate my work someday and spread kindness ...let knowledge spread ...like always , i keep my things transparent and show real cases so that maximu7m knowledge sharing is possible .......
If you learn something , go help a old man , a unrelated yet related mother , go and help people around ....when we help others , it is the first form of kindness ,
Spread kindness people , that means more to me than your subscriptions and likes ,
