  • Nil Return
Hello Sir,

I am Rishi From Delhi I just want to know that i am a salaried person but my income does not fall in ASSESSMENT YEAR 2015-16 SLAB. mean my income is below then 2,50,000. but i want to file my nill return so can i still file my nil return what is the proper procedure for that.

There is no last date as such ... the longer you delay the more the interest component ...either pay it advance much before or before you file return , you must compute the taxes and pay self assessment tax ...... longer you delay , the more penal interest you bear under 234( B) and 234(C)...use ret...

Original only because you are rectifying the original return ....and when you validate the intimation , the rectification section is already getting applied to it....(use the reply button in case you decide to answer to a specific comment by any user rather than pasting a fresh comment ...this way ,...
