I have submitted ITR 4 instead of ITR 3,Now I have get intimation u/s 139(9) notice,and now I can not be able to submit itr 3 through 139(9) notice complience,What to do Sir ?

why you can't ...you very well can ....in the return general information page where you are required to file /cure under a certain section , put there 139(9) and generate cured xml and upload that online

Sir, I did this but when I am going to submit, system is saying (2) objection-- 1).Schema is invalid. 2). It should be ITR-4, Amlan Sir,according to u/s. 139(9) you can correct only the defect in the same uploaded return,no other case i.e. (revised,or change of I.T.R forms),what to do Sir, Another ...

Since agri land is a capital asset , gains from such sale is capital gains in nature .... I had filed return as keeping prefill tds salary from income in tds2 as it got prefilled do i want to delete the row from tds2 and add it in tds1.i had submitted the returned Can i do changes now.if not what can i do to get refund
