Hello Amlan Sir

My query is regarding ROC form 32, actually we have lost the original copy of form 32. how can we get the duplicate copy of the same. I asked to a CS, he was asking for his profession fees as well as Rs. 100 for govt. charges. Can we get it without CS help?

For FY 2015 16 , there is no such thing that if exempt income exceeds 5000 Rs , one cannot use ITR 1

For FY 2015 16 , there is no such thing that if exempt income exceeds 5000 Rs , one cannot use ITR 1 <br />This is made very clear in the return itself in the exempt income reporting section where it clearly states that if the exempt income is from agriculture ,only in that case if it exceeds 5000 Rs , one must not use ITR 1 and go for higher ITR (ITR 2 /2A)<br /><br />So , clearly your case is exempt income from dividend and not agriculture <br />So , clearly even if you earn more than 5000 Rs dividend exempt income , you can surely use ITR 1 exempt income reporting section <br /><br /><br />in ITR 1 , there is exempt income reporting section where one can declare it ..<br />(See the attached picture )<br /><br />See this tutorial <br />- https://youtu.be/EZ4Ho6bzG0A
