If returns have been filed online,status can be checked online at the tax registration website ...else , in case they are filed manually , you can get in touch with the assessing officer.( Future questions , ask in english only )

Attach a copy of the notice ...in case you get compliance notice , the compliance tab should show the heads for which you are supposed to agree /refuse the claim ...here is a video which will show you where to refute the claim ....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCrNbNL4Ifs
