Hello Amlan,

While filling ITR-1, it doesn't give me an option to declare Income from House property (either its showing self-occupied or Let-out).

What would be the case if same house property was let-out for 6 months & slf-occupied for another 6 months in a same financial year ? I need your help on ...

Hi Amlan

I left the company in March 2016. Company paid me Leave Encashment amount fully taxable in FY15-16 as Full n Final Settlement and mentioned it in Gross Salary Section 17 -1 in Form 16 but not in Allowance Section 10.

I calculated LE exempted amount under Section 10 10AA being non govt emp...

My query is related to multiple Form 16. For Last FY, I am having 3 different employer's Form-16 & House property (Rented out) for initial 6 months & self occupies for last 6 months.

Should I need to fill ITR-1 or ITR-2 ??

Since income is from salary and 1 House property , the scope of taxable income can very well be reflected using ITR 1 ...so , you can surely use ITR 1 ...in the TDS schedule be careful while claiming salary TDS credit ...for each employer use different row to depict their TAn registrations carefully...
