Check ITR filing status ...if it is not processed yet, then your Form 10 e shall be considered else best is to revise return ( to be safe on all accounts)

Dear Sir:
My mother and my father had joint shares of Bayer India Ltd (Either or Survivor mode). My father expired in 2010. If the shares are now transferred on my mothers name what is the tax liability for my mother?

If gains were transferred vide inheritance , then no tax ...however income on those shares will taxed in the name of the holder of those shares...better to sell it and buy fresh in assesses name.....
