For AY 2018 19 , the new form ITR - 1 (SAHAJ) does not request for the residential status for the individual and is not applicable to those with residential status qualifying as RNOR nor to non residents (NR). So, NRI shall file ITR 2 ..there is no criteria based on profit income range. And as far...

Under allowances not exempt .....see, HRA is a allowance and since you speak of the taxable HRA , so you will put it here ...infact all allowances that are taxable , you will club it all and out it under allowances not exempt........

Dear sir
In form 16 non exempt allowance ka column nahi hai. DA is taxable. How to show DA in non exempt allowance column of salary break up in itr 1 for ay 2018-19 with form 16.

Sum up DA ( dearness allowance) for 12 months from your salary slip and once you have it , add it to all other taxable allowances that you see in form 16 ...say figure is x1, put this in non exempt allowances ...i hope you will understand how to arrive at the salary figure by deducting this allowa...

good morning sir, sir abhi mera tds 2% ECess + 1% higher education cess ke sath kat raha h. jabki wo 2% hona chaiye, isse mujhe fy closing mai koi problem to nahi hoga na ?

No problem , later on claim refund of any excess TDS that has been deducted by filing a refund return.
