The income in stock market from wife shall be clubbed to you only. You have correctly clubbed your wife income while filing your ITR. Like you stated already , she will file nil return only.

Dear sir, I have received an intimation under Section 143 (1) wherein the tax department demanded Rs 10.
Do I need to pay outstanding tax demand?

Anything less than 50 rs is not required to be paid, but i will still advise paying it off to avoid automated reminders etc ....system keeps send reminders , notices for small amounts also but strictly speaking you are not required to pay.....
