Bonus = Profits in lieu of salary , commission = perquisites ...But look at your form 16 for guidance ( check my video in this regard)........if these are not depicted accordingly , then you can use my video recommended approach ...figure out basic pay for 12 months .....then figure out non exempt ...

I have filled ITR1 and uploaded it successfully which is pending for verification. I have filled some entries wrongly by mistake and acknowledgement number has been received. In this situation , how can i refill ITR again?

Understand one thing that you may be getting HRA but the fact that you stay in your own house makes the entire HRA that you get taxable ...someone may be staying on rent and a portion of the HRA as per rules may be exempt ...next FTA , i assume stands for Fixed travel allowance ..it is exempt to the...

Understand one thing that you may be getting HRA but the fact that you stay in your own house makes the entire HRA that you get taxable ...someone may be staying on rent and a portion of the HRA as per rules may be exempt ...next FTA , i assume stands for Fixed travel allowance ..it is exempt to the extend spend and to be reflected in section 10 (14) in the nature of income ...i don't like answering questions on taxability of allowances ...advise that you watch my videos and understand the concept of exempt income and why it is to be declared else my answers wont make much sense anyways ...<br /><br /><br />As far as nature of income in exempt income head goes , here the nature of income refers to the type of income which is being reported as exempt ...based on what applies to your case , you can fill accordingly. Here ,HRA need not be reported because it is not exempt but yes , the FTA to the account it is exempt needs to be shown under section 10(14) ...check attached pictures and refer to the videos for reporting exempt income in ITR 1. i am salary person ..i got salary arrear .. and nps deducted on salary arrear..but problem is that nps deducted also on allready paid amount.. now nps greater then 10% of salary....what can i do..plz tell me..

To the extent of 10 % of salary( Basic plus DA), NPS contributed by employer can be shown on 80 CCD(2)....over and above it , you can claim no deduction benefit ......but there is no problem ...NPS corpus will grow ...
