I want TDS refund of my late father 2016 , My father died in 16, TDS on his account, he doesn't hold Aadhar card , bank account as per IT also closed....How can I apply to get old TDS refund on beneficiary (My mother or LR account) ?

I don't think it is possible now...ideally , you need to first apply online as legal heir to deceased assesse and then once done, you will have to file time barred belated return ...for filing time barred belated return, you need to meet assessing officer with genuine cause for delay and seek permis...
