You can use ITR 3 ( for AY 2018 19 ) to show YouTube as business.
Services appear to be profession and you can show it as profession

Alternatively you can make use of presumptive section and file ITR 4 ( 44AD for business and 44ADA for profession)

Go to this link and download itr1 in excel utility file and also check which AY you are looking for https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in click on downloads

You can check it under downloads and see my tutorial also on these regard ...the excel return will automatically compute the taxes once you put in the figures for income and savings and use the compute tax widget

This happens when deductor doesn't file TDS returns for deducted TDS properly ....simply carry 26as and meet employer and ask them to revise tds returns properly so that figures start appearing in 26as ...in meantime you can meet assessing officer and let him /her know that taxes have already been d...
