how to print Excel Utility to file income tax return manually?..

You can't. For that you will need to download manual PDF return .If it is excel/java/quickfile utility , then it is supposed to be filed on system and uploaded online .Once filled and submitted , you can get a copy of the return from the return status of the tax filing website.

1.) Losses can no longer be availed because return was not filed .Even if return is filed , it must be filed before due date to avail losses under capital gain head.

2.)Long term delivery is exempt income and will not add to income .

Hi Amlam,

I came with one more query, We are a firm and we are planning to pay Rs.300,000/- to our employee as marriage gift.
so amount received for the occasion of marriage is exempt or not or we need to deduct some tds for the same?

It is exempt under section 10 ....any income which is exempt , deductor is not required to deduct any TDS ...as such you will deduct no TDS .
