IT act is filled with sections ...sections for assesses and equally sections which give power to assessing officers as well .....section 245 gives them(AO) power to raise demand ....however it is not that you have to always agree , using correct sections you can also appeal...firstly , i don't remem...

  • UTILITY FILING ISSUES
After the latest update of java utilities on income tax website all itrs but itr-1 isnt opening no matter how many times install it.Itr-1 java utility is getting installed but isnt opening.Please look into this,if possible make a solution video of this.

If it is ITR 1 , i will actually prefer that you prefer exploring quickfiling utility rather than java /excel offline methods ...quickfiling is much easier and faster compared to other methods...
