I have received Form 143(1) and i have not found and discrepancies. IT is agreed for the ITR which i filed. Does it require any action from my side.

No,it requires no action ...Intimation is nothing but preliminary assessment and if it matches absolutely the filed return, then it's a good sign that the department agrees totally with what has been filed in the tax return...

In the 143(1) intimation , did you see that they didn't give you credit for the deducted TDS or paid taxes , in case so you can raise a rectification for tax credit mismatch but i don't think that shall bring your paid money back ...you need to initiate discussion with the assessing officer and expl...
