Since it is with regard to claiming credit of taxes paid , you need to correct only the TDS schedule and as such you will select the option "Taxpayer is correcting data for Tax Credit mismatch only " here is a tutorial for the same https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uI1Uyf__m8k

1.) I think her gross total income is below threshold level of 2.5 lakhs . As such ,Wife shall file nil return (ITR 1 ) ....LIC maturity amount is exempt and can be declared in exempt reporting section.

i will let you know the concept .Firstly , if he decides to withdraw PF , it will be taxable because , it is not 5 years of continuous service ( continuous period of service is seen and not total period )....TDS at the rate of 10 % will be deducted but final taxability shall be as per slabs.....2...
