Under which section NRE income is exempted, which section of Income tax that I have to mention under exempt income schedule (balance of all NRE account details including interest)...?

Dear Amlan sir,
I've submitted bank details in order to prevalidate bank account.so that I can e-verify my itr1. Since last four days it's status showing "REQUEST SUBMITTED". and unable to remove this. Please help. What to do?

Not sure of this, maybe you need to take up with the Grievance cell to get this addressed ...i just checked mine, it's prevalidated ..you also need to enable it for EVC .....here is what it shows at my end

Check your form 26 as ...if TDS has been deducted, then details for deductor along with TAN should be there in your form 26 as for the relevant year ...if your income falls below threshold , then you shall be eligible for refund .....

It is not compulsory to have form 10 E to claim arrear relief , but from what i have observed the department is not allowing 10 E relief if return has not been filed in the years for which arrear has been received ....i don't know of any alternative measures ...
