Calculate exempt income for EL as per tax provisions and then deduct it from chargeable salary income while putting salary income in tax return ..... you can show exempt income in reporting section of ITR 1 ( you can check my tutorial in this regard)

You have to show this property as deemed let out property and show notional rent on it post which you get same deduction benefits as let out property would entitle you to, namely

(1) 30% of net annual value and
(2) loan interest under 24(b) subject to 2 lakhs

In absence of form 10 E , you can calculate relief as under section 89 and submit 10 E online ....You are required to submit form 10 E online first and then submit return
