You cannot take tax credit because note that the tds that is deducted is always against a certain PAN ...when Pan itself is created now , it is quite evident that no deductor could have deducted and deposited TDS against any PAN earlier ...so, at the maximum , you can surely show income for earlier ...

You will be able to get them in the tax website www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in homepage in the right side under downloads( see attached picture ) ....just select the correct assessment year 2008 - 09 and you will see the returns populating ....But note that you cannot file returns for Assessment...

You will be able to get them in the tax website www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in homepage in the right side under downloads( see attached picture ) ....just select the correct assessment year 2008 - 09 and you will see the returns populating ....But note that you cannot file returns for Assessment year 2008 -09 now because the latest you could have filed would have been 31/03/2010.

First create the books for the business ...then start filling the schedules of the tax return form based on those books ....you can also , if you qualify , file presumptive return ITR 4S for retail business and it is a much much easier thing ....

Assuming that this is is the only contributing taxable income , then your taxable income will be 180000 and since this is below threshold of 2.5 lakhs for AY 2015 16 , so you will need to file a nil return ...but since due date has passed , so you will file a belated return i.e under section 139(4)...
