My close relative was a regular tax payer and expired now. Do I need to inform to Income Tax Department? If yes, what are the basic procedure and terms.What are all the documents should be with me before I visit to Income Tax office? Please help me in detail.

The deceased records must cease to exist with the department so that no further orders etc get generated in the deceased's name . For this , the deceased PAN needs to be surrendered to his assessing officer ...so what you need to do is submit to the assessing officer

Any channel can have two things one legacy url which is of the type www.youtube.com/user/legacyurl and one custom url which is of the type www.youtube.com/c/customurl ......The legacy url can never be changed and the custom url can also be set once for any channel after which it cannot be changed
