I have explained everything in the video ....Anyways , see the attached screenshot ......Point 23 relates to the estimated total income ( taxable) of the previous financial year ( income year )<br /><br />So , here you will put whatever adds to the scope of your taxable income for the previous year <br />If your scope of taxable income is contributed by PF and salary alone , then you will add them up and fill total income as the sum of income from these two heads <br />From what i gather , your total income is not contributed by income mentioned in any of of the schedules mentioned in point 22.<br /><br />That's perfectly fine .The idea here is to just confirm that the sum total of the taxable total income is below the threshold level and therefore you qualify to fill the form <br />Whether the sum total is from some schedule or not is insignificant <br /><br />It will vary from individual to individual and some may have taxable income contributed by those schedules as listed in point 22 and some may not <br /><br />(One advise , please don't post separate questions for same query and try and club those queries in one post ...saves me time and helps the site index queries better )

IN ITR4S as well as ITR 1 , all exempt income to be clubbed and mentioned ...it is only in other ITR's that the exempt income can be separately declared because there are fields for the same ....here, one gets one consolidated field and so if one selects this return , one must club all exempt incom...
