1.) Director remuneration is salary income , share of profit is exempt income
This scope of taxable income can be represented using ITR 1

2.) For non audited books , 31st july of the assessment year and for audited books 30th september of the assessment year .

I have filed Income tax for the AY 16-17 and have already e-verified it on 13th June 16. I am eligible for a refund as well. Assuming the return is filed correctly how soon the refund is deposited in my BANK Account? Appreciate your response.

Usually returns are processed within a month ...so assuming that your return is also processed within that period , expect your refund in 25-30 days ......

There is no difference between question 1 and 2 ...

Rest, HRA exemption has nothing to do with son parent etc
Provided HRA eligibility is met , benefits of tax exemption under HRA can be availed ...and this remains true for any tenant -owner ...doesn't matter whether tenant is a son and owner his f...

Anything that is exempt is exempt under section 10 ...so LPG subsidy will be exempt under section 10 ...and also when one declares exempt income , it is not under taxable heads i.e salary , other sources etc etc ...rather you report it in the exempt income schedule of the tax return so that it doesn'...
