Should I file IT showing actual interest income i.e 34666 irrespective of what is reflecting in my 26as and also in tax details section of ITR-1, what amoutn should i insert -26as one or the actual one ? Thank you once again

hi Amlan, In my recent acknowledgement, I got OUTSTANDING DEMAND NOTICE under 1431afor return filed for AY2009-10. It I used 3rd party for filing and it appears deduction under chapter VI A was incorrectly done.

Is it possible for me to now submit a revised return for AY2009-10.

Sir main ek company mai apni car contract base pr chla raha hu, meri sari payment digital hoti hain, or mujhe from-16 part-A issue hua hai to sir mai ITR-4 k kon se section mai ITR file kru. mera TDS 194C k under kata hai.

Arrears basic portion under salary and arrears non basic portion under non exempt allowances ....bonus , if shown separately then to be shown under profits in lieu of salary ...otherwise showing it under non exempt allowances shall also do.......
