sir, If dependent is physically handicap where (in which section i will claim amount ie 50000) in my form no 16 it shows in section 80 dd but in online form there are section 80dd is missing, pls tell me in which section i will claim this 50000rs,

Hello Alman ,
One of friend forgot to submit ITR of AY :2014-15. When I tried to fill it from website it is saying that "The end date for filing this ITR is over."
Any other way can i submit it as i there is 690 rs refund showing it while filling ITR on website.

No , refund return filing due date is over on 31/03/2016 ...as even the belated period is over , no return can be filed now and therefore no refund seeked

I think you mean HRA exemption ....calculate HRA exemption at actuals and deduct it from chargeable salary income .....

can govt employee claim relief under 89 section in respect of leave encashment during continuation of service.
Leave encashment during service is it exempt from tax for govt employee or PSU

No, section 89 is only for relief from salary and pension arrears and not for leave encashment at all Be it government or non non government , any leave encashment during employment period is totally taxable ...
