When my friend filed a return a.y 14-15 his refund as per 26as 49k and now he got a notice from incometax said you got 49k refund but asper our record it's 45k so you have to return 5k!!!!!!
what he do???? and he show his 26as today it was 45k!!!! how it possible????

Ask your friend to take the matter up with deductor as to why the deducted TDS has been updated to be 45,000 Rs . The deductor will be able to suggest as to why TDS has been updated , Your friend is then accordingly advised to act

You simply need a tax return for individuals which has then the income schedule from other sources so that you can then fill the relevant schedule so that you can depict your total income

Sir, if i upload a return with wrong figures, then what should i do to rectify it , is there any way,sir, to correct return after having send the acknowledgement( ITR V )?

When you upload a due return i.e file a return before due date , then you can very well revise it
This process is called revision and is very simple

Note,that revision( correction of return) is done under section 139(5) ....so , you fill up the return again correctly and then upload it
