It is showing overbooked challan because , the challan that you have showed in return was never used for collecting tax and is therefore overbooked
Simply correct the return and upload the corrected return at the earliest and take up with your assessing officer

1.) Filing return is a time based activity ...As of today i.e 05/07/2016 , you can no longer file returns for FY 2013 14 , belated period to which ended on 31/03/2016 ...there is no way to file return either online or by any other means now

For FY 2014 15 , you can file belated return

Last year I earned 16 lakh rupees from my youtube channel by uploading videos. it was my only source of income. which ITR do i need to file and how much tax should i pay?

Youtube channel can be considered a business income .. so for this case , you can show either normal or presumptive income ...i will advise presumptive income under section 44AD ........Basically, you can use presumptive section 44AD and file return showing 8 % of gross receipts of 16 lakhs i.e 0....

hi Sir, I have uploaded my tax return on 23/02/2016 for refund of Tax and on 24/02/2016 EVC accepted

On 26/02/2016 the filed tax Status shows ITR Transferred out of CPC to Jurisdictional Assessing Officer at Income Tax Office for processing

You can raise a request using the income tax website and communicate your grievance . Meeting the assessing officer will definitedly help getting your case assessed at the latest and the refund processed subsequently.
