I have checked my jurisdiction. It is Circle 1(1), IT Kolkata, Aayakar Bhavan, Kolkata. But Traces AO details is different - TDS Ward 1(2), Kolkata, 10, Middleton Row, Kolkata. Is AO same in IT and TDS both? Both the screenshots attached for your ready reference.

ppf deduction benefit can get still full 15 years or upto 8 years if premium has paid every year correctly??

As i have already answered earlier that any deduction benefit can be claimed in any year if and only if same is invested in that specific year ...For every year the investment is done in PF , the benefit can claimed in each of those years only ..implying if someone invests in PF for whatever...

But my senior informed me that ppf deduction benefit only can get for maximum 8 years not for 15 years. Is it correct or wrong??

Firstly , form 15 G is a lower TDS requisition form which is to be submitted only when the gross total income is below threshold levels
Here , in case of your mother the gross total income is 5 lakhs ...
