Hello..
want to know is it necessary to deduct TDS on payment to foreign company.. if it is so then what would be the rate for TDS deduction on foreign remittance. also clarify the TDS section 195..

In such question please first specify the remittance type ...without knowing what type fo foreign remittance you speak of , it is very hard to answer such questions

The deductor in case of foreign remittances has to upload form 15 CA online and before that get attested form 15 CB

If I have rec'd or have refund s from my lic money-back policy in fy2016 2017 and has been added in my capital account this is tax-free I suppose pls guide me how will I get relief and show in itr4s or itr4

Yes , it is totally exempt under section 10 of the act. You must declare it in exempt reporting section of the return however so that your assessing officer knows why the subject income ( from LIC money back policy ) has not been offered for tax )

Just meet the assessing officer and hand him the challan receipt....return ,like , i have already stated cannot be filed now
If return was already filed , then anyways paying of demand tax doesn't require filing of return ....it simply merits that the challan receipt be handed to the assessing offic...

It is not a error ...it is correct ,,, for any year , the last date for filing returns is one year from the end of the assessment year ...so for FY 2013 14 (Assessment year 2014 15 ), the last date for filing returns would be 31st March 2016 and today is 27th April 2016 ...so , clearly last date is ...
