Yes , you are required to quote 15 digit provisional receipt number of immediate previous TDS/TCS statement filed...Since this is Quarter 1 , so the last previous period would be Quarter 4
Avoid asking procedural i.e form filling stuff ...i don't like answering such queries

1.) Figure out the co ownership of the property i.e in what porportion the ownership with respect to finance lies ...if the flat costs 100 Rs and you and your husband has invested 50 rs each then the co ownership is 50 % for each

See understand one thing , that the deductor deducts at the rate of 20 % in absence of PAN and so the bank was doing it correctly.
Second for the period it deducted 20 % TDS , until it now maps to the deductee PAN , the credit for the deducted TDS cannot be taken by the assesse ....
