Hi Amlan,

I went through all your videos .
Case 1

I have 2 Pending action in my dads case and rectification right in one case remains with AO and another with CPC.

And in AY 16-17 my dad needs to get refund from IT department

I have 2 question here.

1) Whether i can pay this pending action firs...

Case - 1 If you agree with the assessment and the amounts are small ,you would be better off paying using challan and meeting the assessing officer with challan receipts
Refund will automatically get processed , it should not be linked to the two but usually when outstanding tax payment is there , ...

Thanks Amlan, Case 1 Solved, Case 2 i need to submit indemnity Bond in 100 rs Stamp Paper to AO with all Details of tax itseems it takes time to check by AO and they will check and refund will be processed with interest itseems as i had word with AO thanks a lot for your help

Yes , revised return can be revised again ...check first from the return status on the tax website whether they have been assessed...if not , then rerevise and claim back extra paid taxes as refund ( the return will automatically compute it ....simple ...if assessment is complete , then file rectifi...
