Hello sir
I received notice u/s 209 of IT Act. Because I have sold immovable property during the financial year 2018-19
And that time I was received payment after deduction of TDS. my problem is that how can I calculate capital gain...?

ok sir but I only want to know, is it possible to claim relief under section 89, 3 times for same FY because Arrer of FY 2016-17 is to be credited in 3 successive Future FYs i.e. 2018-19,2019-20 and 2020-21

my father filled ITR 1 on August 2018 for AY 2018-19 but at that time forgot to claim HRA, and while filing demand was showing for difference amount, so he paid remaining amount too. But this month an intimation u/s 143 came for same amount that paid earlier but there is no mismatch...

Intimation is not final assessment ...He may revise the return under section 139(5) and file correctly ....let him seek credit of paid taxes in schedule IT so that refund is computed accordingly ........
