You can file ITR 1 and show this income under other sources........since no tax liability below 2.5 lakhs, you shall be filing a nil return ( assuming that no TDS has been deducted on any of your payments )

Sir my father retired in 2016.
Monthly commuted pension is 5000.
Gross monthly pension is 32000.After deducting commuted pension he get only 27000.How to file in it.how to show commuted amount?

If commuted pension is exempt , then show it under exempt income reporting section ...rest can be offered under salary schedule
