I think e verification started from Assessment year 2016 17 onwards and i did e verify thousands of cases ...not pretty sure why you are not getting it ! Since TDS deducted under section 194 J , clearly this is income under profession ...For AY 2016 17 , this cannot be dealt as business income and presumed under 44AD , so ITR 4S is out of question ...simply revise to file ITR 4 ...balance sheet and PL statements are not hard to make , you can check m...
