1) File ITR 1 showing interest income on FD under the head income from other sources and if it does not exceed basic exemption limit then claim refund for tds deducted if any

2) Cash balance means cash on hand at the end of the relevant F.Y.

What you have done is deducted and deposited challan 281 and filled TDS return 26QB. However for generating TDS certificate , you have to register to trace website and fill in the details for acknowledgement number etc and apply for TDS certificate (16 B ) in your case .
