just select the PDF from view as drop arrow and click on view/download tab. after this popup window will ask for the path to save. give path and do the download....

Hi Amlan,
During the filling of 1% tax (TDS towards immovable property) instead of the given amount I have payed extra ( I am talking in-terms of lakhs here). I requested the IT department to return, and they said it will be reflected in my 26AS form and I should request via ITR return.

But in this case your answer is not valid, because the amount credited to the builder is what he is supposed to get and the extra is shown under my PAN. The FORM-16B only list out the builders share. Hi Sir, I have bought a apartment in Bangalore and paid Booking amount. Sale Agreement has not yet happened. Do i need to pay TDS for the booking amount that i have paid

You have to deduct TDS @ 1 % of the total consideration value .....so what you can do is first pay of that amount ...say consideration value 60 lakhs ...so 1 % TDS is 60,000 Rs ...so pay this as TDS .....and now for every installment , pay 99 % ...this way you have less headache of managing things ....

No , one has to use challan 280 only to pay taxes ....see on youtube my tutorial for the same ...you can e pay it using netbanking or pay physically in the bank filling up the same form i.e Challan 280 ...once paid , don't forget to claim credit in return and making tax liability nil before uploadin...
