Since you have been in india for more than 182 days you are a resident and hence your UK income is taxable as well .....You will claim tax relief on doubly charged UK tax as per DTAA tax relief mechanism laid out ( not possible for me to illustrate here ) ...you can use ITR 2 , shouldn't be a issue

However 1/3rd of family pension or 15,000 Rs whichever is less is available as deduction benefit against family pension

Obviously no, but under section 10(14)(ii), if you receive any hostel expenditure salary allowance for your children from employer, it is eligible for exemption up to Rs. 300 per month or Rs. 3600 per annum for maximum up to 2 children.
