I've dividend income from mutual funds w.e.f april'18.My question is whether I have to submit ITR1 Or ITR2 in F.Y.2018-19

You would like to clarify type of Mutual fund holding though it bears no consequence on the end solution ....dividends in the hands of the taxpayer are still exempt ...however the mutual fund body (in case it is equity oriented ) has to now shelf out 10 % which was earlier not the case ...anyways si...

Sir I filled my IT return for the AY 2017-18 as on 30 mar 18 and I send FORM V to department and it delivered on 26 Apr 18.
My question is whether my return shall be processed or not

There should be absolutely no problem .....Return has been filed before end of belated period i.e 31/03/2018 ...the acknowledgement can be send and should reach them within 120 days i.e 31st July

Your acknowledgement i.e ITR V gas reached on 26th April itself , so no need to worry. Your ITR return...

hello sir my father s salary 617000 but the agent file the itr1 and they file 485000 gross salary and the intimation notice 143(1)a was came but the agent reply the notice and the refund is deposit to bank account how it is possible sir

Many such cases happen where the agents misrepresent the income to get refund for the client and this is a major offense ...if ever , the case is opened for scrutiny assessment and the tax evasion is found , it will attract a huge fine .... what you must do is ask father to meet the assessing offic...
