You don't need to attach form 10 E ..infact , how can you attach something that is online ,...it is a online form which has to be filled and submitted online for claiming relief under section 89 in ITR 1 , that's it ...the assessing officer shall then only consider the submitted figures for sectio...

Hello Sir
I have 2nos of loan against same home from 2014/15. I never claimed return against the Intrest paid by me bcoz house was on construction
Now it is handed over to me so Plz let me know the process how to claim my last 3/4 yrs refund

Whatever preconstruction interest you paid, divide that in 5 parts i.e say your preconstruction interest repayment component was for all 4 years( 2014, 2015 , 2016 , 2017 was 6 lakhs ...so , 5 parts would be 6/5 =1.2 lakhs which you can claim over five years ...say, now you got possession in 2018 ...

Hi Amlan,
Should we disclose Interest amount Accrued in PPF account of SBI Bank under any section of exempt Income Reporting purpose. Interest of Rs 20000 has been accrued in my PPF acount for the FY 2017-2018.

Public providend fund is statutory PF ...so , you will show exempt interest from public providend Fund under exempt income reporting section under exempt section 10(11) ...
