sir me do tin jagah pe job karne jata hu lekin koi bhi jagah pe mery anual salary 2.5 lac se jayada nahi hai so kahi se muje form 16 nahi mitla hai but sab jagah milakar meri total income 2.5 lac se jayada end of the year ho jati hai to me bina form 16 itr 1 file kar sakta hu

Yes, you can do filing without for 16 .....if it is salary from all places , you can use ITR 1 and file your return for salary income combining salary from all places and offering it under salary head ..next time , edit categor...

  • How to fill salary income in TDS schedule
Dear sir
In my itr 1 under tds1 section (income chargeable under salaries ) the amount wrongly updated by ADI office. i did not correct that . submitted the itr. but i inserted correct amount in gross total income column . will there be any problem ?
