My annual is income is 470000 commission from mutual Fund.Which return should i file ITR4s?? for 2016-2017 and also if i want to claim deduction showing expense how to do that?I have 60000 under sec 80c .Thanks

For FY 2016 17 i.e AY 2017 18 , i think ITR 3 will help you show professional income vide income statement where you can claim eligible deductions ....for savings under section 80 ( in your case 80 C ), use schedule VI A

You may also decide to use presumptive taxation under section 44 ADA and use IT...

Intimation is a normal document through the assessee gets to check the department assessment of the filed return ...no need to stress out and worry ...check it to see whether department has taken any deviation from the filed return
