For financial year 2015 16 , i.e 1st April 2015 to 31st March , you are present in the country from 1st April to 15th November i.e more than 7 months i.e more than 182 days and so your tax residential status is is resident indian

After E-filing AY-2014-15, I came to know that employer contributed Rs.100441/- towards pension fund (as arrears of last 4 year).

No. For seeking refund , one has to file a refund return . For any assessment year , one can file return maximum until 1 year from the end of the assessment year or completion of assessment whichever is earlier.
