  • How to correct form 10 E
Dear Amlan,
I have filled Form 10E with wrong information for AY 2019-20.
I tried to revise it, but there is no option for revision/re-submision on income tax site.

Sir, Plz suggest me solution.

Dear Amlan sir,
I'm govt.salaried, disabled (60%). I filed my itr1 using annual salary statement sheet where I've claim exemption u/s 10 by Rs 4800 and dedication of Rs 75000 u/s 80u and submitted and e-verified the ITR.

So, i presume there was no HBL interest and it was indeed 80 U ...sure there can be chances of a mismatch notice but if your actuals are correct you can defend your position under e proceedings accordingly..regarding exemption on conveyance allowance , i don't think it exists anymore ...the conveya...

Hello Sir,

What will be deduction in ITR for PSU retired employee on Leave encasement earned. PSU employees falls under which category Government employee or Non-Government Employee?

PSU falls under non government ......The encashment of earned leave at the time of retirement is exempt from tax, subject to certain conditions and up to a maximum amount of Rs 3 lakh.

    Just check whether the gross income for that year exceeded threshold levels i.e 2.5 lakhs , if not , you are not required to file return of income ...besides it is not the banks duty to inform you about deducted tds i.e ignorance cannot be cited as a excuse or put on the deductor ....but i think it ...

    Yes Sir! For that FY, I did not earn a single paise as salary from the bank...the little that I earned as interest on savings for that account was around Rs 2000 (Two Thousand) only.
