@Vinay jee. If your calculation is correct then don't worry wait & rectify your return department has to accept.In previous year box AY filling is accurate.

Check whether in Annexure A you have filled previous year or assessment year ........In case you have filled previous year , then it is okay else revise form 10 E submission by correctly filling form 10 E again ..also check whether return for the years for which arrears being received has been file...

You can check your assessing officer details online , you can mail him a copy and send by speed post to his office as well ...if it is in your city , hand it personally to his office and get a stamped acknowledgement of the receipt
