SIR, I CLAIM DEDUCTION UNDER, 80GG FOR RENT PAID. BUT FORGET TO SUBMIT 10BA. CAN I GET BENEFIT? IF NO WHAT WILL I DO NOW?

Submit it online now . If assessing officer has not started assessment , then your form 10 BA shall be considered for claiming deduction benefit of 80GG else not ! If they don't because assessment already started then apply for rectification under " Reprocess" option

You can use ITR 1 ..sum total of deductions under section 80 cant exceed gross total income ...since your GTI is 0 , you cannot show 80 C deductions ...even if you do, return will show qualifying amount zero only ...so, in short return itself shall not permit even if you fill up 80 C as 1.5 lakhs.

Ask company for form 10 E and do the needful ...alternatively for each year compute relief i.e for FY 2017 18 w.r.t 2012 13 , likewise FY 2017 18 w.r.t 13 -14 , FY 2017 18 w.r.t 14-15...you may accordingly calculate

Hi Amlan,I am in a power sector .From my employer i get 1000 per month as electricity allowance along with the salary. Home electricity bill is paid by me as per actuals. Will i get tax benefit on that allowance.

No , while selecting the allowances you should know which allowances have tax benefit i.e washing allowance , HRA etc etc and select accordingly ...some allowances like the one you mention and any not listed under section 10 are all taxable at full
